1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using RedditFlow (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
RedditFlow is an AI-powered agent that identifies relevant Reddit threads and generates draft replies promoting your business. You remain fully responsible for any content posted to Reddit through the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates Reddit's User Agreement.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame individuals or organisations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a limited action budget. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial your account is downgraded to read-only unless you subscribe.
7. Intellectual property
RedditFlow and its underlying technology are owned by RedditFlow. Content you provide (startup profiles, website data) remains yours. You grant RedditFlow a licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that AI-generated drafts are accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any subreddit rules. Always review drafts before approving them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedditFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any account bans or reputational damage resulting from posted content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@redditflow.com.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
