1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and (optionally) your name. When you connect a Reddit account we store OAuth tokens on your behalf to operate the agent. We also collect your startup profile data (website URL, product description, target subreddits) that you provide.
We automatically collect usage data such as agent run logs, draft actions, and performance metrics to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the RedditFlow service.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, draft notifications).
- To improve the AI models and matching quality (aggregate, anonymised).
- To contact you about material changes to the service or your account.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party providers necessary to operate the service:
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (EU West 2).
- Vercel — Application hosting (EU edge).
- Fly.io — Browser automation service.
- Stripe — Payment processing.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery.
- OpenAI — AI draft generation (prompts include your startup profile; no personal data beyond what you explicitly provide).
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@redditflow.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights contact us at support@redditflow.com.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Reddit OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We follow OWASP security practices and regularly review our infrastructure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the dashboard.
